Food Craft Institute, Hoshiarpur is jointly setup by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India & Department of Tourism, Govt. of Punjab which was set-up in the year 2010 under society’s registration act. The Institute is situated conveniently on Hoshiarpur-Chandigarh National Highway — NH-103-A at about 8 Kms from Hoshiarpur bus stand.

This Institute is one of the other 11 Food Craft Institute in the country setup by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India with the primary aim to train young man and women in order to provide skilled manpower to the hostility industry.

The Institute is affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Nodia (An Apex body under Ministry of Tourism) for the Academic purpose.
